We are not going to make a number up
Here the arithmetic does not allow us to state a figure. We would rather say so than hand you an estimate you could not verify.
Every list that won a seat here was closed: people got in by list order, not by their own votes, so there is no personal cut to show you.
How this figure was calculated
The last seat is allocated with the cifra repartidora of article 263 of the Colombian Constitution: each list's vote is divided by 1, 2, 3 and so on up to the number of seats, every quotient is ranked highest to lowest, and the one in the last position is the cifra repartidora. Within each list with preferential voting, seats go to the most voted candidates.
